Art-Residence "Bulbul"
Nestled in the foothills of the Kyrgyz Ala-Too mountains, the Bulbul Art-Residence is a living home for contemporary art, collective making, and cultural exchange. Founded by the Bishkek School of Contemporary Art (BiSCA), it invites artists, researchers, curators, thinkers, and dreamers from Kyrgyzstan, Central Asia, and the world to gather, create, and grow together. We offer an environment rooted in care, community, and experimentation — a gentle resistance to burnout, a nest where new things are born.
